American Ultraviolet - CGNA’s New Preferred Vendor

We are pleased to announce that American Ultraviolet® has joined the Controls Group North America (CGNA) network of HVACR, and Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls preferred vendors. 

American Ultraviolet® focuses on delivering solutions for its customers in a wide range of industries by manufacturing germicidal ultraviolet systems for air, water, and surface disinfection in the United States for over 50 years.  

American Ultraviolet® started operations in New Jersey in 1960 and then moved to Indiana in 1995. In 1978 they opened an office that they still maintain in Torrance, California. Their experience in the critical ultraviolet (UV) segment is complete and comprehensive as there is not much that they have not seen or worked with or manufactured a solution that involves UV. 

American Ultraviolet® has extensive knowledge, experience, and proficiency in dealing with the unique requirements and challenges across dozens of markets and will now bring value to the CGNA Membership by complementing the broad product portfolio within the HVAC and BAS segments by facilitating additional UV solutions. 

American Ultraviolet® joins CGNA when builders, tenants, landlords, and consumers demand solutions that address the air and surface quality of their work, home, and living environment.  American Ultraviolet's breadth of product solutions offers an advantage because, unlike other UV manufacturing companies, their extensive experience brings their customers the knowledge and proficiency needed to deal with the individual requirements across dozens of markets.  

The dedicated and talented team at American Ultraviolet® provides specific solutions to customers' needs in different segments, including HVAC. Their team is ready and available with an existing product solution. If not, the in-house U.S. based team of engineering talent will work to develop custom-tailored solutions without unnecessary lead-times.

 Meredith Stines, president and CEO and his team will be bringing valuable product additions that will enhance and complement the diverse needs of the members of CGNA. "The addition of American In a Covid-19 world, homeowners and commercial building owners all want to know their buildings are safe," said Jim Hayman, director of business development, CGNA. "American Ultraviolet® has been making that happen since 1960," stated Hayman.
